What Success Looks Like in This Role
- You answer every phone call with energy and professionalism
- You are the first impression for every client who walks through our doors
- At least one person per week is willing to leave a 5-star Google review based on their interaction with you
- Clients feel welcomed, respected, and confident they’re in the right place
Core Responsibilities
- Greet clients in person and on the phone with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance every day
- Direct calls and visitors efficiently to the appropriate team member
- Assist with basic service requests and administrative support
- Consistently ask the following question at least once per day during appropriate client conversations:
“Mr./Mrs. ___, most people who have their home and auto insurance with us also have their life insurance. I’m sure you have some through work—what do you have outside of work?”
- Help reinforce a culture of exceptional service throughout the office
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-office position
Requirements

Punctuality is non-negotiable
This role requires consistent attendance and reliability. Frequent tardiness or missed work will not work here. - Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Comfort initiating simple, respectful conversations with clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance license (a plus)
- State Farm experience (huge plus)
- Prior customer-facing or front-desk experience
